I’m Tracey Meisner and I am the Brand Manager/Area Coach for our 4 Taco Bell’s. Here’s a little “Tracey “ history. When I was 14 years old I started to work in the restaurant business (Burger King ) in Alaska. I became a shift manager at the age of 17 upon  realizing how much I loved working with people and the community and never looked back. This was the start of my future, my career.

I move moved to Washington when I was 19 and this has been my home since. In 2002 I left Burger King and came to Orchard Foods. Best decision I ever made for my family and my career.  During my career with Orchard Foods I have had the exciting opportunity to open 4 new stores, build strong teams and help our communities.

I raised 2 children of my own and have tons of wonderful grand babies. Also over the years I have been blessed to form endless bonds with employees and managers who wether still with us or not are my “family”.

I believe in building a safe, happy, fun,  successful and competitive environment. I want everyone to know they belong on our team. Wether it’s for a short time as a stepping stone to your next adventure , that part time needed extra money, your first job ever, or that future career goal. I believe in everyone having an opportunity and a successful future.
