At Jersey Mike’s, we offer a sub above – one that’s measured in more than inches or seconds ‘til served. We carefully consider every aspect of what we do – every slice, every sandwich, every store – we provide our customers with sustenance and substance too.
We start with a strong foundation: the kind of high-grade ingredients you’d use yourself if you could. Premium meats sliced on the spot, the freshest vegetables…a hot grill always ready and delectable bread baked throughout the day. And then…there’s the juice. Red wine vinegar and olive oil.
The juice. It’s what turns good into great, better into best, and it elevates our sandwich to the highest level. The juice is the active ingredient in a sub above. It’s an exquisite zing… a splash of extra and unexpected.
